What we store

• Account data: username, email, and a hashed password.
• Content you publish: posts, comments, events, and listings.
• Direct messages: stored encrypted at rest.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels.
• No selling or brokering of personal data.
• No behavioural profiling for ad targeting.
• No precise home addresses, anywhere.
• No contact harvesting. Company contact details we publish are shown so you can reach a company through its own official channels — they are never used for bulk outreach, marketing or automated email.

Company and public-record information

Our national directory covers battery storage and data-center projects, and the companies behind them. That section of the platform publishes public-record information only:

• Company identity and corporate contact channels from public filings — SEC EDGAR, state corporate registries and utility commission dockets. This can include a company's website, general enquiries email, phone number, press and investor-relations contacts, and its registered agent's corporate address of record.
• The names and titles of executives, board members and owners, but only where a public filing names them, and only where they are public figures in that role. Each entry cites the filing it came from.
• Individual contact details for a named person only when a public filing itself publishes them, and only alongside a citation to that filing.

We never publish residential addresses, personal contact details that are not already in a public filing, or information about anyone's private political views or voting behaviour. Claims about how a company benefits are labelled Documented, Reported or Alleged, so an unverified claim can never be read as an established fact.

Nothing is published until a second staff member — someone other than the person who entered it — has reviewed the source. If you are named in a record and believe it is wrong, contact us and we will correct or annotate it.

Your controls

You can export or delete your account data from Settings. Deletion removes profile data and content within 30 days of the request.

A correction or removal request about a company or public-record entry is handled through the same review process, at Contact.
